Our site is a showcase; we do not sell online. For a piece you like, contact us via WhatsApp or phone, or visit our store.
Why can't I see prices?
Prices are shown only to account holders. Accounts are created by ART; contact us to request one.
Is the authenticity of products guaranteed?
Yes. Every item in our collection is inspected by our expert team before being offered for sale.
Where is your store?
Zorlu Center, Levazım Mahallesi, Beşiktaş / Istanbul. We recommend an appointment before visiting.
Buying a Watch
How can I purchase a watch from ART?
Simply get in touch with us. You can then book an appointment at our boutique in Zorlu Center, or have the watch securely delivered to your location.
What if the watch I'm looking for is not in stock?
Through our extensive network of collectors and traders we can source the exact model you are looking for. Share the reference you have in mind; the watch you are after may already be in our system.
Why can your prices be higher than the manufacturer's retail price?
Some models are produced in limited numbers and, due to high demand, trade above their retail price on the secondary market. Our prices reflect current market value.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment exclusively by wire transfer or cash.
Selling a Watch
How can I sell my watch?
Send us your watch's brand, model and condition along with a few photos via WhatsApp or our contact form. Our team will assess it and come back to you with an offer.
How do I get paid when I sell my watch?
We pay either by wire transfer or in cash.
Which brands do you buy?
We typically accept watches from the brands featured on our website, although there may be exceptions. If you are unsure, we recommend getting in touch.
Trading a Watch
How can I trade my watch?
Trade-ins are welcome. Tell us about the watch you own and the piece you are interested in; we will value your watch and make you a trade offer.
