Tudor Preliminary Assessment
Sell Your Tudor in Istanbul
To sell, trade or consign a Tudor, share its reference, condition, warranty card, box and photographs through the watch assessment form. The ART Jewellery & Watches team reviews the Black Bay, Pelagos, Royal and other Tudor models and, where appropriate, arranges an appointment at Zorlu Center, Istanbul.
Identify Your Tudor Reference
Tudor references combine a five-digit number with a material or colour code, such as 79030N for a Black Bay Fifty-Eight. The reference appears on the warranty card. Adding the case size, bezel colour and bracelet or strap type in the form pins down the model.
Warranty Card and Set
The Tudor warranty card, box, proof of purchase and any extra fabric strap complete the set. Some Black Bay models were supplied with an additional strap, so list it too. For watches still under warranty, the date on the card is also relevant.
Sale, Trade and Consignment
The suitable route depends on the reference, condition, set and market demand. If you would like to trade your Tudor towards a Rolex or another brand, say so in the form. Submitting the form does not create an offer; final terms are agreed after the watch has been examined.
Tudor Selling FAQ
Are Tudor and Rolex watches assessed the same way?
The criteria are similar: reference, condition, set and service history. Market demand, however, is considered separately for each brand and reference.
Can I trade my Tudor towards a Rolex?
You can select trade-in on the form. Suitability depends on the Tudor offered and the current availability of the Rolex you want.
Do I need the links removed from the bracelet?
A full set of original links completes the set and supports the valuation, so bring them with the watch if you have them.
Can vintage Tudor watches be submitted through the form?
Yes. On vintage Tudor watches, the originality of the dial, hands, case and, on some models, the Rolex-signed crown is decisive, and the final assessment requires a physical inspection.
